Chatterboxes:
A group for children ages 7-11 focuses on the improvement of social language and social interaction skills, including turn-taking, verbally initiating interaction with and responding to peers, playing cooperatively with peers, and developing imaginative play skills.
Socialites:
A group for children ages 11-16, addresses building friendships, perspective taking, improving conversational skills (topic maintenance, eye contact, turn taking, interpreting social situations, and developing self-regulation strategies.
Few Check Points:
- Classes will run for 60 minutes (Eight 60-minute classes).
- Families are required to pre-register and pre-pay for 8-week session (in two installments).
- Social skills groups are private pay only and are not be billed to insurance.
